So thrilled w my Xmas Cactus! It was my mom’s last Chanukah gift to me back in 2018, and since I moved it up to my sunroom, it blooms multiple times a year! It’s so happy! It makes me happy, too, & we need tht these days!

This is a demonstration I organized, w Indivisible Evanston, Il, 2 urge/support/demand that Northwestern University stand strong agnst authoritarianism & not capitulate 2 Trump admin. 40 folks showed up. NU faculty has been great, but we learned frm a prof today tht NU admin is negotiating a “deal.”

I attended in Mt prospect, Il, not very blue suburb of Chicago… it was huge! Great signs & costumes, gazillions of enthusiastic honks & beeps, & how about Santa choosing Mt Prospect 2 show up all the way frm North Pole?! & he braved the warm weather, too! Guess we know who will get coal in stockings
