I'm super-impressed with Gemini 3's graphic abilities. Here I just asked it to make two infographics on something I wrote in a thread a while back, & pasted the thread. Only minor touchup done to them, like changing titles and such.
Feels like we're en route to obsoleting doing this manually.

Oh, please don't do this. Ranked choice voting is one of the worst non-FPTP options. It prefers people who have a passionate support base among a minority of the population to those who have a broad support base among a majority of the population. It's a recipe to commonly choose the unelectable.

Seems like such an easy way to skew the attack/defense cost ratio if the defender can't tell which aerostats are carrying UAVs and which are decoys. Aerostat decoys are cheap, and aerostats fly high. Very expensive to sortie / hit with AD.

Engagement KPIs have been responsible for infinite scroll UI traps, RecSys radicalization spirals, public shame brigades, and basically every modern ailment novel to the past decade. At some point, you have to recognize that the problem isn't any one technology, it's the metric.
The company essentially turned a dial that made ChatGPT more appealing and made people use it more, but sent some of them into delusional spirals.
OpenAI has since made the chatbot safer, but that comes with a tradeoff: less usage.
