This is a good thread. I want the files released because there must be legal accountability and these monsters must have their ability to wield influence and power in our government destroyed. The idea that there may not be a legal and societal reckoning is not something we can ever accept.
In my mind, I wanted these files released because
1. don’t care about the partisan affiliation of these monsters
2. Wanted justice for the girls
3. Hoped that this would stop the government from enabling crimes by the very rich.
4. Perhaps create another cultural swing away from misogyny.

This is a good thread. I want the files released because there must be legal accountability and these monsters must have their ability to wield influence and power in our government destroyed. The idea that there may not be a legal and societal reckoning is not something we can ever accept.
