We don't have a democracy. We have an oligarchy.
"The net worth held by the top 0.1% of households in the U.S. reached $23.3 trillion in the second quarter this year...The amount held by the bottom 50% increased to $4.2 trillion from $900 billion over that period."

Of course.
Federal agents began fanning out and arresting people across Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday, expanding the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown to another Democrat-led city.

Exactly. I want pretrial discovery.
I’ve got an idea…
If those 8 Republicans want to sue the DOJ for legally monitoring their phones...claiming “there was no justification”...then prove it.
Authorize the release of everything the DOJ obtained.
Let’s see how “clean” they really are.

This would have made such a difference. It’s inexcusabl.
At the same time the NY Times was hyping Hillary Clinton's emails, it had a reporter with emails from Jeffrey Epstein that were highly damaging to Trump.

The more NYT apologists try to minimize this the clearer it becomes that they don't understand why much of the public doesn't trust legacy media.
