Baseball needs owners who want to win first and whatever money they make (which is still a LOT) is secondary.
Makes sense for the Jays, makes sense for literally any team. Ya know who he even makes sense for? The Pirates if they weren't constantly in sell mode

I give Gavin Newsom a lot of guff because, frankly, he's a terrible person who would drive over you with a bus if he thought it meant one extra vote. But this photo gives me Paul Lynde vibes, and if he runs his campaign like he's center-square on the '70s Hollywood Squares, I'll reconsider my vote.

I am not a practicing catholic anymore, but I get jacked up for the Conclave and new papacy. I find it fascinating, similarly to the way I love pro wrestling in that it's kind of silly and there are years of established rules. And there are always two ppl in the comments arguing scripture like this:
