Good information on the street is invaluable, but I'll have no handwringing when folks turn out to observe/resist non-ICE actions right now. Other cops have an easy path to not be mistaken for ICE -- wear identifiable uniforms, no masks, and show badges. They can make this stop whenever they want!

Before you run for office, you should be required to submit a list of 5 people who would trust you to deliver a speech at your wedding. Like, not 5 people who support your politics, just believe you can be normal and not off-putting in a public setting for 5 minutes.
