My mom was a Nurse and young mother in the 60's. She witnessed the polio epidemic and was terrified of the measles. We were indoctrinated into the history and importance of vaccinations. Back then when you changed schools you had to carry your vaccination records like letters of marque.
This was so bonkers, I had to go look. I expected that it was some anonymous rando, but this is a real group, headed by woman, Mary Holland, who went to Harvard and then Columbia Law. Then she was on the faculty of NYU Law were she ran a graduate program.
