The only reason to separate a young child from their parent rather than waiting until another trusted adult is available is if that parent poses an *immediate* risk to the health and safety of others or if they are having a medical emergency. Period.

So… if I’m getting this right, our dear leader basically dropped an enormous deuce on the world stage, and Wall Street responded with a 500-point RALLY because said deuce didn’t include a commitment to *immediate* war.

I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.
