A heart breaking moment today. I had to ban my cat from the room because her enthusiastic purring got picked up by the mic while I was recording. Human - cat relations suffered a blow but might be salvagable with a generous allowance in the snack department. We will report back on this later

This. You don't need to be an activist. You don't need to do things that will put you in the history books. Anything you do for others, even if nobody knows you that do it, puts a crack in the wall.
Just do good things. However small. Share some art. Hug a friend. Help someone that needs it. Sign a petition. Flip off a billionaire. Volunteer at the homeless shelter or the library. Buy drink covers. And then you do it again tomorrow. And the day after. As long as you can.
Sometimes all you can do is make the world 0.0000000000001% less awful by being a good person and it feels very meaningless but it’s also the only thing that really matters

If you're under 18 and doing indie audio drama - I love and support you but please watch out for people taking advantage of you! The AD space is as a whole really lovely, but there are bad apples here and they can be very charismatic.
