Here is Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey's executive order creating a technical advisory group to study the issue of single-stair buildings taller than the state's current three-story height limit. A report is due within one year, and the Center for Building will be one of the TAG's members.

Good morning. The President of the United States was in the middle of the most serious child sex trafficking ring of the last quarter century.

He is referenced not a dozen times in the case files. Not 100 times. Not 1,000 times. He’s referenced 38,000 times.

In addition to straight advocacy work I also develop brand creative - this specific example is where advocacy and brand meet - this was for a cycling magazine (hence the sport cyclist)

It took quite a while to plow the sidewalks and when they did (northbound on east side of George) the plow lifted its blade to avoid pushing snow onto the road. Intersection after intersection inaccessible to people on wheels but the cars/trucks are fine…

5 years ago, there was a bloody, lawless, and deadly attack on our nation’s Capitol. A group of criminal thugs broke out in riots and stormed our Capitol in an attempt to overturn the results of a free and fair election at the direction of the President of the United States.

“Boston builds gridlock.”

Jacoby, like so many others in positions of responsibility, relies on no experts, or data, to arrive at his conclusion. Not one citation.

On the contrary, Jacoby dismisses the experts, and data, because he knows better than they do.

#boston we should create a neighborhood run team of sidewalk & bike lane clearing teams. Its managed by each neighborhood. You may even get volunteers who would help in certain areas who could sign up to assist. Get small bike lane clearing vehicles. Munich Germany has these. We could too!

An incredible thread of people losing their minds at the idea of enforcing speed limits 🧵
My least popular (and most correct) view is that cars should be automatically limited to the local speed limit. Put the pedal to the floor and you still can't go over 25mph in a residential area.

(15 in Manhattan btw)
There is no possible justification for limiting e-bikes to 15mph but not cars.

This year, the Herald not only suggested nearly all Councilors were “rubber stamps” for Mayor Wu, it pushed propaganda directly from its favored Councilors regarding attendance.

Regular strategy of Herald BFFs: Leaving hearings minutes after roll call. Last week, in a hearing on parking minimums.
Apparently all Councilors except for the Herald’s BFFs are “rubber stamps” for Mayor Wu.

Collaboration is criminal. Obstruction is virtuous.

An entire page is spent crapping on Council President Louijeune’s farewell speech, even mocking gender-neutral bathrooms. What garbage.
