Media really need to focus on the fact that we have a judicial determination that the DOJ claims leveled at Don Lemon are lies. And if you watch the video, you see they are. This is another case in which the statements of the Trump regime must be understood to be lies unless proven true.

Your all-too-frequent reminder that SCOTUS’s grant of criminal immunity to presidents (who also have pardon power) is an abomination unfit for a serious democracy.
The administration sending a clear signal that federal personnel who kill the administration’s perceived adversaries will enjoy impunity gives license to this sort of behavior.
For all the Trump administration lies, the following is true: 1.) Alex Pretti was a US citizen, an ICU nurse and a Good Samaritan who tried to help a woman whom ICE had thrown to the ground; 2.) his legally licensed gun had been removed, so he was unarmed when... 3. Agents shot him in the back.

“Require ICE coordination with state and local law enforcement” is the one that gets me. State and local law enforcement have no obligation to help enforce federal law and it actually is unconstitutional to force them to do it. I don’t see this leading anywhere useful.
