A lot of academics will act superior but I suspect 80% of that is just them having weird social skills. 19% is general self-absorption and maybe 1% can be directed at you specifically, unless you have an already-established relationship as adversaries.

A witness says a woman was trying to drive away from an ICE operation and the ICE agent "reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three, four times."
