Went to see Carlton Town again. They lost 1-0. I think I might be a jinx 😄.

Interesting interview with Paterson. I expected him to say that the door wasn't closed for players to get into the team. But apparently it is for some.

Rare serious post

When I arrived here in an ambulance, sirens and blue lights going, Saturday night, I was terrified, I was genuinely scared, I thought I was going to die.

But people from all nations and walks of life fixed me and cared for me, and all for free.

Thank fuck for the NHS.

A day of huge mourning for the Far Right in the UK. Not only was the Huntingdon train stabbings not the terrorist/asylum seeker/immigrant atrocity they’d hoped and prayed for, here is the hero of the day:

It’s time for you all to start thinking about your Christmas pet portrait presents. Commission me. Still haven’t put my price up in ten years. £70 each.

Two commissions. A parakeet and a woodpecker on courage beermats. Some people are now asking for specific birds on specific beermats. It costs a little extra that way but is allowed.

I just did my first bird/beer mat commission. IE someone saying , can I have a sparrow on that mat? This is ok, I could do this. They would cost a little more because I’d be working to a spec. But with that in mind if you wanted to commission me, here are 25 beer mats you could choose for your bird.

Went to see Carlton Town. Refreshing not to see players desperately trying to win free kicks. There were perhaps 5 fouls in the whole game. And the goalies didn't feign injury to a pre-arranged signal.
