Trump’s so-called "peace plan" is a blueprint for Russian victory. Forcing Ukraine to surrender any territory under threat is not diplomacy—it’s appeasement that guarantees future conflict. We must not reward Putin’s aggression with Ukrainian land.

Costa Rica will accept Abrego, per @washingtonpost.com .
If true, DOJ, DHS, and Dept of State caused lies to be disseminated to Judge Xinis all day Thursday, where an ICE official testified about info sent him by Dept of State, claiming Costa Rica wouldn't take Abrego.

European leaders’ joint statement cleverly kicks Trump’s pro-Putin Ukraine plan way down the road. It needs “additional work”.

Here is why this is so completely illegal. The law says very clearly that once TPS is granted for a 6, 12, or 18-month period, the designation “shall remain in effect” until that period ends.

There is ZERO legal authority to terminate it early. None.

But the tide is turning. The Epstein files release could alienate a lot of MAGA Republicans who don't want to be seen as covering up for a pedophile. Likewise, the extrajudicial killings of foreign nationals in international waters without evidence of a crime will likely trigger the ICJ.

I again theorize that if Chuck Schumer called Trump a little bitch, Trump would probably have a stroke.
The Zohran press conference is your regular reminder that the entire administration folds like tissue paper at the slightest hint of confidence and conviction, and thus the fact that national democrats are playing a game of capitulation and weakness is exactly why they're all getting away with it

Republicans crafted an entire midterm strategy around making Mamdani the face of the Democratic Party and portraying him as the most dangerous political figure in American history. Called him a jihadist. Introduced a resolution in the House condemning socialism. All gone now.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer now says it's UNLIKELY his committee staff will interview Ghislaine Maxwell as part of their Epstein investigation.

He says Maxwell will plead the Fifth and so he doesn't think she should appear before the panel anymore.

While Donald Trump may have been intoxicated by Zohran Mamdani today, he will be humiliated by the general takes that Mamdani totally played and outsmarted him.

Expect petty retaliation.

Just a reminder that it's nice the Mamdani thing went better than everyone expected, but Trump should still be immediately impeached & removed for unprecedented things that were once beyond the pale of American politics.
It's always hard to pick a worst day politically, but today the president called for the death of members of the opposition party, and the administration decided that people were being too hard on the swastika

They are literally firing all the judges they think might grant relief. They just fired a friend of mine a couple hours ago. They have no shame. The bastards want an assembly line for deportations and nothing more; rubber-stamping bootlickers who’ll yes’sir at every new diktat to deny.
Instead of hiring more immigration judges, the Department of Justice just posted an ad for "deportation judges." join.justice.gov
