Sometimes tech companies try to tell us "you can turn the AI off if you don't want those features" but...
I've had my gmail set to not send a push notification unless a message is marked important since like... probably since 2015. Now if I turn off their AI theft machine I lose this feature.

I wish people were as horrified about immigrants being kidnapped and killed in detention centers as they are about this shooting at the same time I am very glad there is finally some larger momentum building against this and I hope it sustains.
