Ben Shelton & Gael Monfils are two of my favorite tennis players to watch. I think I switch who I am cheering for roughly every game. Definitely pulling for Monfils to win this 2nd set tiebreak.

It would've been fun for me if the Gophers and Zags both won tonight, but alas, that was not in the cards tonight. But nothing will take away the joy of that Dawson Garcia shot!

The Pasadena Humane Society is helping so many displaced and injured animals and today they are starting the heartbreaking job of going to fire areas to look for animals. They are desperate for donations for emergency supplies. pasadenahumane.org?campaign=431...

Does anyone else have a dog that hates discordant music, or suspenseful music? Any time a TV show or movie plays something non-melodic, or foreboding, Bear will woof, even waking up from her naps to voice her opinion.

I would like to introduce you to Bear. Bear is a 12 1/2 week old chocolate cocker spaniel, with some splashes of creamy white on her face, chin, chest & a couple paws. She is absolutely adorable. She is so, so sweet. It feels like joy has returned to the house!

8 years ago today, our former neighbor, Stan, visited our house for Thanksgiving, over a year after his people moved a few hours away. It was very fun for Cocoa to get to see her best friend again. Moments between Cocoa and Stan will always be some of my favorite memories of Cocoa.

I'm starting each new social media site...& there have been a lot lately...with a picture of Cocoa. She is my 12-year old chocolate cocker spaniel, who may also be part woolly mammoth. Of course, she looked less woolly the next day, after a haircut, but will be back to maximum fluff in 2 months.
