anyway I am just rambling now but I really don’t feel like I’ve ever seen my own messy, fractious, complicated relationship with Catholicism depicted onscreen with this much nuance, skipping over any kind of simplistic “Church = Good” or “Church = Bad.” church just brings out what’s already there

Today tenants staged a protest at Capital Realty Group offices in Spring Valley NY, asking for a meeting with CEO Moshe Eichler.
According to the Tenant Union Federation, the private equity firm organized a counter-protest: People bearing Israeli flags showed up to violently disrupt the rally.
