The Covid inquiry’s findings are shocking but unsurprising now, so the main thing it left me thinking is that without a vaccine we wd’ve been utterly screwed. & if you worked round the clock to make a thing that saved millions of lives globally, to see that legacy trashed by anti-vaxxers…

He might have boasted he did that but Kettering Hospital said they had no Covid patients
The Covid Inquiry finds that if Boris Johnson had called the first lockdown even one week earlier then it could have saved at least 20,000 lives.

Here's a quick reminder of what Johnson was actually doing during those weeks

I looked up the writer of this hit piece. Apparently she specialises in "pop culture" Well she can bloody well pop off. Some of us like inoffensive. We don't want a constant diet of rude entitled people behaving appallingly, or violence or sex. Just, nice.

A Man on the Inside season two review – Ted Danson’s despicably bland show is everything wrong with TV
Only our current tech hellscape could create a comedy so insidiously inoffensive. Prepare to be pummelled into submission as your time is siphoned off by OK entertainment

The inclusion of "Marketplace" items without a way of excluding them on Tesco's website has made it pretty much useless for checking to see if something is actually available in one of their shops

I've been trying not to say this but every time I see the photo I notice the resemblance again

I remember at the time assuming that this applied to take away meals & was actually shocked when I found out it meant people should actually sit in restaurants
Sunak and Johnson sent people out to 'save the economy', knowing that they would probably spread the covid virus.

Then, when people started to die as a direct result of Eat Out to Help Out, Matt Hancock covered it up.

None of these things is a crime, apparently.

Eat out to Help Out was killing people, but they “kept it out of the news”.

Are we sure this Calgie bloke isn't a parody? Because he really sounds like one
What actually happened is the opposite of "woke". There is a turkey shortage because of bird flu.

You know the sort of thing animal welfare regulations and consumer protections might have prevented if not for decades of deregulation.

How is this man a Labour peer? In what way is he even remotely on the left?
Fresh from advising Morgan McSweeney last week, Labour peer Maurice Glasman addressed the annual conference of a pro-Reform group that has spread myths about the Covid vaccine and has claimed Starmer is "destroying Britain".

Just like the gurning psychopath sitting next to him did.
Q: Why wait for Congress to release the Epstein files? Why not just do it now?

TRUMP: It's not the question that I mind. It's your attitude. I think you're a terrible reporter. It's the way you ask these questions. You start off with a man who's highly respected asking him an insubordinate question
