Good example of a qualitative study that has direct implications for practice and policy, doesn't need a quantitative study to "validate" it. Vulnerable women, significant and remediable barriers to early detection of a common (treatable) cancer.
🧵1/ Romania has the highest cervical cancer incidence & mortality in Europe. Yet screening coverage is under 30%. Why? Our new study explores the emotional & practical barriers faced by vulnerable women.
