How does the Law of the Sea wrt salvage work for drones? Is a drone vessel every truly abandoned? Can you claim it if it temporarily loses satellite connection?

If there was a trial over whether "Make America Great Again" was "covert white supremacy" I don't know if you could convince a jury it was covert.
