Radical liberal, world federalist, lesbian zoomer. Big fan of worldbuilding, alt-hist and shitposting (see rest of bio).

Palingenetic ultraglobalist. Pro-Palestine neocon. Girlcoded Italian futurist. I will glorify diversity: the world's only hygiene.
'Civilisation against barbarians' was a lie to justify imperialism. But it's true for the present moment. We are defending modernity and virtue against fascist despoilers who would make beasts of men. We must defend what is good and noble with the same fanaticism that our enemies assail it with.

If there was any justice in the world, the US wouldn't have any choice in the matter of whether their war criminals are punished. Hegseth and Bradley would have already been rounded up for trial by militarised UN enforcers, with the American government being able to do little else but cry about it.

Something I genuinely believe is that if you ran the government based on the whims of a randomly-selected American voter, at least 10% of them would lead to the greatest generation of human misery from any regime in history. And I'm excluding accidents here and just talking about intent.

I like how it's got that little bit of yellow that kind of sets up the villain of the next season; great move by the writers there

They say we can't do it, folks. Can you believe that? The reactionaries, the crunchy granola MAHAs, they're all saying we can't do it. Should we drop the bioprogressive truth nuke, folks? Shall we advocate the transcendence of circumstance through technology welded to emancipatory purpose? Shall we?
"The realization of human rights cannot be boiled down to just the organization of society; it requires the marshaling of resources and knowledge to repudiate scarcity and even our natural biological circumstances. Perhaps I will develop something on the latter point at a later date."

Hey everyone, very happy to say that I've been published in @liberalcurrents.com! US medical research cuts are more than just another bad thing; they're a matter of life, death and social justice. I also discuss how to make things right. You can read it here: www.liberalcurrents.com/medical-rese...

Looking at the comments on various We Are Charlie Kirk YouTube videos sure is an experience; the vibe shift is incredible

It's morbid to say, but the assassination may have been a turning point. The right completely overextended by trying to make him a national hero, and the youth aren't having it.

The thing about Bluesky is that it attracts the left of each country, but each country has its own political culture and coalitions. That's why UK Bluesky has a higher proportion of transphobes compared to US Bluesky, and why there was such an entertaining fight with Argentinians today.

Teaching physics to MAGA militarists: "Okay, so the kinetic ener- wait, stop, do-"

It's too late. The room erupts with cum as hundreds of fascists violently climax at the sound of the word. The building explodes from the pressure. The resulting cleanup of the city and countryside costs $38 billion.

Margaret Thatcher was the UK's first socialist leader. Sorry folks, it's just the truth.
every time Argentineans post their little crybully rants about the Falklands it's a reminder of the mentality that resulted in their incompetent fascist junta getting hundreds of their own conscript soldiers killed in an unprovoked invasion.

I hope Woke 2 means we get to dispense with the fear of exercising power and the glorification of being an underdog in itself. Because no, I don't want to be the underdog forever. I don't want to constantly fight the establishment. I want cultural hegemony. I want the reactionaries trembling.

Using AI to write university essays is honestly so embarrassing. Like, virtue is out of the question, but don't you have some pride? Do you really think your writing is that bad? I don't know if my writing is *actually* good, but I certainly feel it is. I would never deny the world my blathering.

When it comes to punishing regime officials, I don't really care if we ignore pardons or go ex post facto. They must face justice regardless. It is not simply about the letter of the law, but also restoring the spirit of law: the set of societal conditions which laws are instituted to produce. (1/2)
i think that we should charge even people who have been pardoned, because there is no conceivable way the founders intended the pardon power to permit the executive to order people to commit crimes and then pardon them for them

2029 or maybe 2030, we blitz Russia. Okay? We support Ukraine with everything and then they launch a surprise attack to reclaim everything that was lost. That's what we gotta do. One shot to make everything as right as we can. The norm against conquest must be reborn in fire and blood if necessary.

The people who were complicit in the American murder orgy in the Caribbean should be removed from the military and punished as criminals. And in 2029, there must be major reform. No longer can there be a military sanitised of ideological purpose. It should exist for liberalism and liberal values.

Do I like that I'm basically coming around to palingenetic ultranationalism but woke? No. But the nation is governed by morally degenerate scum, and it must be purified through a cleansing of reaction from public life and redeemed through a vigorous recommitment to foundational liberal values.
America has to be redeemed with blood. That is the driving force of my politics at this point. A lot of people need to be buried in shallow graves or spend the rest of their lives in prison, and a lot of people need to live the rest of their lives in penance and ostracism

As I keep saying, the liberal left should be less defensive about the culture war. You're goddamn right we started the war, it's a holy war against millennia of oppression and we damn well mean to finish the job
The only major faction which does not believe it is the far right, which understands itself to be in a cultural battle for hearts and minds which is only glancingly correlated with economic anything. It’s worked out wonderfully for them

Analysis of satellite data by Yale's Humanitarian Research Lab has found no evidence of civilian life in al-Fashir. It concludes that all 250k civilians who remained at the time of its fall to the RSF have either fled, are hiding, or have been killed.
