What is most inspiring about Carney’s trip to and trade deal with China is that he has now, using Canada as a bridge, wrapped one arm around Europe and the other around Asia uniting disparate nations, economies and society in the support of the creation of a new world order based on multilateralism.
Prime Minister Carney states that the progress made on Canada's partnership with China "sets us up well for the new world order."
