In Saskatchewan one of the challenges with wind and solar power is its intermittent nature. One of the ways to mitigate this is using pumped-storage hydroelectricity. I wonder if the Cactus/Dirt Hills have been considered for such a project? #skpoli

If we assume a bitumen pipeline will be built. The next question to be answered is should it be Keystone (to the US market) or West Coast (international market). While there are many considerations here personally I am not in favour of deeper integration with US economy.

We need to deal with China with eyes wide open on trade. And trade needs to be based on mutual respect, fairness, transparency and mutual benefit (win win). If our current largest trading partner no longer follows this approach then we need to trade with those who do.
