Such a tragedy.
Too many workers are injured or die while at work.
Sometimes it is the fault of the employer.
I am not saying that is the case here but I hope the investigation finds the cause.

Many of the cases cited in the linked articles are related to doctors & lawyers using OpenAI's ChatGTP.
ChatGTP etc are designed to provide a convincing answer, even if it has to make one up.
The same OpenAI that wants to operate in Canada.
