A scary ass cult leader thinks I'm gonna be his new favourite acolyte...
The other option was dying horribly to The Bone Collector cult, but fortunately for us my character is smooth and charming as fuck and got us through and out the other end alive.

Had to drop almost £300 on new glasses with no notice after mine broke yesterday.
I have to wait 2wks for them to be ready.
I'm gonna be goin through a looooot of superglue...
Was actually planning for new glasses for Cuddles in a couple of months. Hers are much cheaper!

So anyway as I was trying and failing to get through to the people I needed to speak to today, one arm of my glasses just...fell off. The bit connecting the hinge decided it was done and slid out, and won't go back.

1) do something voluntary. I'm thinking I could join @bemyeyes.bsky.social Getting out and about on a guaranteed schedule is difficult, but I could probably help blind folk out via my phone by just talking to them for whatever's needed. It sounds really cool.

Today marks 10yrs since I asked my Cuddles, at that point s good friend of 6 years, on a date.
I was super nervous. A couple of years into transition, just a few months on T, and I wrote this rambly message asking her out but making it extra super MEGA clear that I was happy to stay friends.
