i also dealt with something like this and it was thousands of dollars expense to get it fixed (at least in my case). and streaming services and "distributors" constantly infer its YOUR fault somehow. stressed beyond belief, big hugs to jamie and buy her music from bandcamp jamiepaige.bandcamp.com

Feels inevitable that there will be a Simpsons parody of Pluribus in a Treehouse of Horror at some point in the future.

Who should they make the survivor(s) though?

Probably one of the coolest looking console UIs.

The idea of letting you pin purely cosmetic decorations to your menu is so smart.

We warned you that self-driving cars would just create self-driving traffic jams, and here they are.

The car industry has no solution to the shortage of space in cities. Public transit, cycling, and walking are all part of the answer, but cars are not.
Waymo privatized another public street:

Chanel approaching 4th, San Francisco

Possibly queued for a Billie Eilish show at Chase Center ~half mile away.

The light rail train on 4th seen passing in front of this roboherd has more passenger capacity than all of them combined.

This is probably naive and basic on my part, but I still feel like the final 10 minutes of the Rocko's Modern Life movie had a cool depiction of a parent struggling [and then succeeding] to understand their child's transness.

And the way it was paired with the TV show analogy really stuck with me.

I wrote this in July, but it's relevant again with the custom Machines people are designing in Kirby Air Riders.

GG did amazing work as usual. I'm so excited for people to play the new chapter, this story continues to enthrall me. I did a lot of the music this time around! It is so fun to help GG and Toby continue to develop the musical side of Soulsov.

This is soooo annoying. If I turn off the smart features, my primary inbox rockets from roughly 1000 unread emails to 100,000 unread emails.

If I decide to stick with turning it off, I think I'm just gonna have to set up my own filters for everything.
FYI: turning off "Smart features" also turns off spell check and the promotions and social tabs. And more.

In effect, a lot of traditional tools in gmail are switched off if you don't let them upload your contracts, love notes, and sad messages to your friends into their plagiarism machine.
If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
