this was the most difficult year of my life so far, and I’m excited to send it on its way. I don’t make as much art as I’d have liked but when have I ever. I drew a lot of worms this year and looking back at them makes me feel some pride. I made some new friends and some happy goose memories.

my partner & i drove 6 hours up to charlotte to see the final show of one of my favorite DIY bands of all time, Dollar Signs. they were one of the first DIY bands i got into & meant a lot to me, so i wanted to make something special for them. i revisited this poster i did as a gift to them in ~2018!

i thought it was very obvious tbh but just to be clear to anyone who hasnt caught on yet but those online video pre-interviews where you answer questions on camera are 100% a tool by employers to preemptively screen out minorities from their hiring pool and prevent them from reaching interview stage
