Really cannot stress enough that if you start from the assumption that no one deserves to be raped then you don’t have to highlight the specific vulnerabilities of particular survivors in order to get people on board with the fact that their violation was a bad thing

Great thread on why the Nordic model of sex work is an abject failure and the only approach that has ever actually improved sex worker safety is full decriminalization
Looks like the push for the failed nordic model is in full swing in #germany, with this from DW's Berlin in English newsletter.
The nordic model has never worked, and does not actually make anyone safer. It increases marginalisation & stigmatisation of sex workers, and disincentivizes safety.
