Yes and no. I look at the balance for gear and the opener, but as for actual rotation I tend to go by what lines up where and what's most comfortable.
For example, I'm a mch main, the opener the was said to use full metal before your first hypercharge, i tend to do it at the end of hypercharge

- keep curtains closed unless the sun is shining directly in

- drip your pipes
- keep your sink cabinets open to help circulate warmth so pipes don't freeze
