Why didn't the DOJ release the files during Biden's presidency? Because Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison in June 2022. And the appeals process wasn't exhausted until early THIS year. That's why. DOJ doesn't release evidence during a trial or appeal process, for good reason.

Much reporting re DOJ’s omissions and redactions…but whose decisions were they? Surely they went up the line to Blanche and Bondi? Did they overrule career staff? Did they consult with the White House? With Trump?
