Did you know? Every year, the Supreme Court’s nine justices fill out a form that discloses their financial connections to companies and people.

Our database allows you to search for organizations and people that have paid them, reimbursed them for travel and given them gifts.

Over at Lawfare, I examine the peculiar constitutional theory undergirding OPM's final rule on Schedule Policy/Career
OPM recently published its final rule implementing Schedule Policy/Career, which would convert at least 50,000 federal employees to at-will employment status.
@nicholasbednar.bsky.social explores the constitutional theory being asserted by this rule, which would upend 150 years of civil service law.

The Office of Personnel Management’s latest rule calls into question the constitutionality of tenure protections for federal employees.

On Saturday, Sen. Lindsey Graham unloaded on the PMs of Greenland and Denmark, telling them that if Trump wanted to take Greenland, they'd just have to deal with it. “Lots of F-bombs,” said one person in attendance.

Ossoff making this a central campaign message is a good thing and long overdue. Dems everywhere should be Banging pots and pans about it.

Such an easy layup.
I admired the spirit of @ossoff.bsky.social's line of attack against Donald Trump—that his "is the most corrupt administration of all time, and everybody knows it." The problem is, it's not actually true. Everybody does not know it. We should examine why. www.offmessage.net/p/republican...

New at The Watch:

The Democrats' demands to "reform" Trump's immigration thugs aren't reforms at all. They're already the law, the Constitution, and widely accepted police practices. And in a free society, they'd never be negotiable.
The Constitution is not a bargaining chip for a budget negotiation
The Democrats demanded that Trump's immigration cops follow the law and the Constitution. The Republicans called those demands "nonstarters."
