Hmm found out raw taro root is toxic after eating a small cube of it. Can't find information on whether I should be concerned by how little I ate. It briefly irritated my throat which is why I looked it up.

A wealth tax has been very successful in Massachusetts with very little downsides. Why oppose it? (Unless, y'know, you're paid to.)

This announcement is why I dropped Duolingo and started looking for something else. There are a lot of language apps out there though some language support is easier to find than others.
Duolingo announced it was going “AI-first” just over six months ago. Since then its stock is down 64%.
