Couldn't agree more.
Stop the clock on any/all statutes of limitation so any legit legal issue can be handled...in both directions.
The current system is nothing but a way for a corrupt president to extort people & engage in lawfare against political opponents.

If the president cannot be sued while in office, then the president should not be able to file suit while in office. Fair is fair.

So many of our society's metrics focus on things that matter only to a small sliver of it and hurt the rest of us in countless ways.
This thread talks about software development and AI, but you could apply it to multiple systems and come up with a similar conclusion.

All the “productivity” metrics I see measure output. You are not productive if you produce vast amounts of garbage quickly (PRs/unit time come to mind).
People talk about how AI assistance makes them more productive, but that’s fraught.

I get ppl need to see Dems fight, so understand focus on gerrymandering & why needs to be done. But...
Dems will still be party of liberal donors.

the moralizing of sex and fiction really has lead people to believe that individuals who make & enjoy the profane, dark, & strange are inhuman and thereby incapable of being hurt. the fundamental lack of respect & kindness even amongst peers is an added, isolating barrier in this struggle. boo 👎

IT IS A PUBLIC SERVICE, NOT A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS. It's not about the bottom line, it's about making sure that EVERY address in the country has mail service, which wouldn't happen in a for-profit model.
