Tijuana River is flowing again - this time due to a potable water pipeline rupture in Tijuana that's knocked-out water for hundreds of neighborhoods there.
But this also means that there's probably sewage headed towards San Diego's South Bay beaches.

NEW: This morning the Trump admin put out the Federal Register notice terminating the 2021 TPS designation for Venezuela. It is set to end 60 days from Monday, or Friday, November 7.

This termination brings the number of people Trump has stripped TPS from to at least 1 million.

New from 404 Media: Customs and Border Protection had direct access to more than 80,000 Flock cameras around the U.S. We previously reported local cops were doing lookups for ICE. Turned out CBP had its own access. Flock says it has now "paused all federal pilots"
