Following the critically-acclaimed release of The Chimes, I've produced two more full-cast adaptations of Charles Dickens’ Christmas stories; THE CRICKET ON THE HEARTH & THE HAUNTED MAN.

Extremely proud of this. It will make your Christmas 100% more Christmassy!

Tonight's SF classic. (Actually I'm half an hour in, I started it last night).

#EveryAlbumIOwn (Revisit) Music. Carole King. 1971.
Top 3 tunes: It's Going To Take Some Time, Some Kind Of Wonderful, Song Of Long Ago
You can skip: Surely
Rating: 8/10

The follow-up to the classic Tapestry. It's not as good, but then, not many things are. The top tunes are very top tunes though.

I think there's been a memo in the cabinet WhatsApp group for ministers to make an announcement about using "AI" to solve a problem. Expect an 'AI to prevent trains running late' announcement as soon as Heidi Alexander checks her messages.

Whoever has been briefing this has been watching too much Blake's 7.

The briefing about me is the most unjustified attack against the faithful since Kerr Avon shot down Roj Blake in cold blood.

Leading medical publication the British Medical Journal recognises SUVs as a danger to public health in a new editorial co-authored by T&E’s James Nix: bit.ly/4hVDlBC

Large SUVs are a danger to pedestrians, cyclists & other drivers.

It's time to take action to reduce their presence in urban areas.

Schools should focus on teaching real children, this Labour scheme for them to be targeting AI-generated pupils is a blatant waste of time and money.

"Our rules which we choose not to enforce..."
I struggle to hink of any government body that would contradict a Secretary of State like this.

I'd be generous and give the BBC the top spot, as the most trusted source is The Weather Channel. 😉

#EveryAlbumIOwn L.A. (Light Album). The Beach Boys. 1979.
Top 3 tunes: Good Timin', Full Sail, Baby Blue
You can skip: Goin' South 🎷🤮, Shortenin' Bollocks
Rating: 7/10

A surprisingly good album, even if it's cobbled together and all the final letter 'g's are missing. Here Comes The Night also fun.

It's utterly unacceptable that penguins are kept in a cramped, windowless room at London’s Sea Life Aquarium. Denied fresh air, natural light and the space they need to thrive. I spoke on @lbc.co.uk about how their conditions are a world away from their Antarctic home.

It's good, but with the bonus disc that's 25 songs, which is too fucking many, Paul, too fucking many.

Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms.

He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

TBH it's more that in the last installment he was given a rather trite storyline about an-hitherto unknown daughter that he then could never see again that is the harder thing to come back from.
