Radley Balko: The "violent criminal illegal alien" that agents were pursuing when they killed Alex Pretti has been in the US for 20 yrs. He had one misdemeanor conviction for disorderly conduct (domestic assault) eight years ago that was expunged from his record. He did not have a deportation order.

A white man in Dillard, Oregon was arrested for stopping people on the freeway to demand at gunpoint that they tell him if they were citizens. He shot and missed one + attempted to get another in his truck to bring to police. Before his spree, he called local PD to complain about "foreign" people.

Seeing that photo of Obama putting the Medal of Freedom on Tom Homan circulate again. It's fake. Homan did get a civil service award during the Obama administration, but it wasn't the Medal of Freedom, it wasn't a medal (it was a certificate), and Obama didn't present it to him in person.

I'm so old, I remember January 2025 when this racist letter circulated in Lincoln County, OR encouraging people to report on their neighbors who are undocumented. The letter ended by saying this would bring houses prices down. What was condemned as racist vigilantism last year is now gov't policy.
