This is a death spiral for the #VA. Those already working there will face #burnout trying to do 3 people's jobs and leave for the hundreds (for #doctors) and thousands (for #nurses) of other jobs out there in their specialties.
Veterans earned a strong, fully staffed VA, not a slow dismantling justified by denying care needs that are plainly real.
