Played some Mushihimesama to detox after playing Earthion (didn't like Earthion, sorry not sorry) and it's made me realise if anything I've been playing too many dadshmups lately I didn't even know how much I missed the danmaku trance state.

Kagurabachi has a similiar quality to shows like thunderbolt fantasy. That being it can get away with introducing a slew of new characters whenever hokazono wants, cause he knows how to imbue them with interesting flavor at an almost 100% hit rate

the "TZW tapes", the skillsmith & TKO stuff, were some of the storied urban legends when i first started getting into the weeds, and like you can just watch all that on youtube now which is crazy, but again i worry that the platform itself might diminish that history. keep circulating the tapes
