If you’ve been looking for an alternative to funding establishment Dems who are cowards at the end of the day, please look into WFP. This grassroots party has done a significant amount of work over the years to elect progressives and make real change.
That’s why we’ll be working to unseat both Republicans as well as corporate Democrats who have kowtowed to the Trump agenda and replace them with Working Families Party champions who will fight to lower the cost of living and guarantee health care for every family.

This. I am extremely privileged to be able to survive this shutdown, but MANY of my coworkers who have served this country for decades were in extreme dire straits for over a month and the Democrats just sold us out.
My family has been without half our income for 40 days. It has been.. very hard.
We are willing to feel that pain so people can have health care next year, or to undo these illegal recissions.
