When you get interviewed multiple times over the course of a year and the interviews are recorded and you sit for formal photographs with a well known national magazine you definitely know it’s on the record.
CNN suggests Susie Wiles might not have known she was on the record 😆

This isn’t enforcement. This is harassment.

They’ve grabbed people off the street for how they look, separated families, and scarred communities with masked agents with guns.

I encourage everyone to do as they have — peacefully protect your neighborhoods and neighbors.
Border Patrol Boss Greg Bovino Back In Chicago As Agents Target Southwest Side
Bovino returned with around 200 agents and descended on the Southwest Side Tuesday, where organizers said around 15 people were arrested. "It's going to be a merry Christmas in Chicago," Bovino told B...

I just don’t really know what you do about having a genuine psychopath as President man.
Trump doubles down on his Rob Reiner attack: "I wasn't a fan of his at all. He was a deranged person... He became like a deranged person, Trump Derangement Syndrome. So I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all in any way, shape or form. I thought he was very bad for our country."

A reminder that most Americans who are life-long citizens have nothing OTHER than a Real ID to prove their citizenship. This is CBP’s chief enforcer saying that ID doesn’t count.

Trump's AI executive order is out, purporting to preempt state law. Legally, only Congress can do that, or at least that's the law until Calvinball federal judges and justices say Trump is the Most Special Boy who can. 🤷‍♂️
www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...
That's meaningless without some statutory basis. See eg NY v. FERC, 535 U.S. 1 (2002)(a federal agency "literally has no power to act, let alone preempt the validly enacted legislation of a sovereign State, unless and until Congress confers power upon it.")

But with current SCOTUS, who knows?
BREAKING: President Donald Trump is considering an executive order that would seek to preempt state laws on artificial intelligence through lawsuits and by withholding federal funding, according to a draft of the order seen by Reuters reut.rs/485QCmm

This is a big deal. Essentially a reversal of the US export control policy on advanced chips. Possibly decisive in the AI race. Compute is our main advantage — China has more power, engineers, and the entire edge layer — so by giving this up we increase the odds the world runs on Chinese AI.

Make no mistake, if the 14th Amendment should fall - I am not saying it will, there are plenty of obstacles, I am speaking hypothetically - but if it should fall, no one is safe. It is challenging for most families to prove legal citizenship beyond a generation or two.
