I agree, it’s mostly a gimmick. But, someone said this is about ensuring landlords can’t evade rent caps by calling more and more things “fees.” I haven’t looked into the details but there seems to be something to that.

Pretty sure this is just from the Flight Status feature in the app. You can see the status of all flights between two cities. OP is showing flights between DCA and LGA.
