People often ask, who is even buying houses at these prices in San Diego? Consider that HALF OF ALL HOME BUYERS in the U.S. are age 59 or older, and it's fair to assume the median age is even higher in SD. Many buyers are bringing decades of equity to the table.

It's wild how often Google Search AI results are downright false and easily disprovable. This one claims the City of San Diego is seeking proposals for short-term rental monitoring service. The source? An RFP from the City of Del Mar.
