Rep. Casten has it absolutely correct: Trump is *both* weaker *and* more dangerous than ever.

Buckle up, but don't be afraid. Because fear is how he wins.
Let's be clear. Donald Trump will indict the Fed Chair, kidnap foreign leaders and kill American citizens in MN if it distracts you from asking WTF is in the Epstein files because HIS BASE doesn't like pedophiles. None of this is normal. But everything he does is from weakness right now.

I am speaking generally and hypothetically, but the chief executive going to war with the central bank is the sort of thing that results in breadlines, coups, and worse.

A reminder from Huffington Post that DHS and ICE have opened fire on unarmed civilians 16 times since Trump took office, killing 4 people. In every case, DHS claims that the victims "assaulted officers" and/or tried to ram them with cars. In every case, evidence proves they are lying. Every time.
A Disturbing Pattern Has Emerged In Trump's Second Term — And It's Playing Out With Renee Good
“How else do you justify shooting a stay-at-home mom with stuffed animals in her car?” the attorney for one woman who survived a federal agent’s gunfire told HuffPost.

NEW

An initially-secret report for Customs and Border Patrol in 2013 found:

In many vehicle shooting cases, the “driver was attempting to flee from the agents who intentionally put themselves into the exit path of the vehicle, thereby … creating justification for the use of deadly force.”

Now that Agent Ross' cellphone video has been leaked, it's even more evident he had no business being back on the streets after his incident last year.

Last year, he tased the driver.

This year, he just shot her in the head.

I've got the details:
The identity of the ICE agent who murdered Renee Nicole Good: Jonathan Ross. He was involved in *another* vehicle-related incident last year, where he also pulled his gun.

I've got the details from Ross’ own trial testimony & updates from yesterday's Portland shooting.

No. Square the circle. "He's spending money on invading other countries. The only money he's spending here is to kill you."
Democrats need to understand that they can just say “It’s insane to threaten Greenland” and “I don’t think ICE should murder Americans in the street” and you don’t need to pretend to link it to the affordability crisis.

Say bad things are bad.

Anyone still pretending that this rabble of fascists and ammosexuals constitutes professional law enforcement is either a moron, a liar, or in the case of a Trumpist, both.
ICE agents only receive 300 hours of training before they’re turned loose on an unsuspecting public. Cops, get 1200 hours. Hairdressers, on the other hand, need 2400 hours. Make of that what you will.

Consider it as a political message and political progression. When Francis was elected they told him while still in the chapel, "Remember the poor." He did. That was at the center. And I am no expert but I don't think he ever said something as explicit as this.
Pope Leo said in a Christmas Eve sermon that the story of Jesus being born in a stable because there was no room at an inn should remind Christians that refusing to help the poor and strangers today is tantamount to rejecting God himself. For @reuters.com

I lean towards Rollins, who I think will get in by committee. I'm not sure about Pettitte.
