From an romance author perspective most of my income comes from Amazon’s kindle direct publishing and overdrive. So if you’re feeling anti-amazon support your local libraries and ask them to carry more e-romance. My print sale are like 7% of my income.
I love indie bookstores, but saying online vendors like Amazon only financially support "some billionaire" is BS. Many authors depend on e-book royalties for their living. Ordering print from indies benefits the store, yes, but what's the author making vs. a corporation like HarperCollins or PRH?

Many ADHD/autistic people are made to feel unproductive when actually their hyperfocus and differences in attention means that they likely produce twice the amount of work as anyone else in a few hours then need the next few hours to rest. Output is less consistent but there.
