If you were alive in the 1980s, this is among the most wonderful & truly incredible things you have ever witnessed in your lifetime.
In Middle School I wasn't allowed to stay up to watch SNL, so I learned all the Murphy/Piscopo/JLD/Kazurinski/Hall bits from my classmates at school. ("I'm Gumby Dammit!")

Can confirm: I met my future wife at a gig where I was playing bass. She was also playing bass in the headlining act so it was kismet for sure. :)
My advice to disaffected young men is to get a squire p bass and join a band and your whole women only date rich guys reactionary politics vibe will seem pretty silly when a lady breaks up with her real estate boyfriend to date your broke ass

Had a dream last night where I was in a movie theater and Everyone was being *so noisy*-especially the two kids playing snare drums. In the last minute of the film I realized it was an audience participation sitch a la RHPS.
