Still find it amazing how on a whim last year I booked an archery class and now I regularly go to practice with my own bow.
I don't feel like it has changed my life drastically, but it has changed it for the better!

This week's league score will be a 242. My second best 30 score ever, but I perceive I am leaving many points on the table.
I really want to clean up those 5s, 6s and 7s.
Look at that target though. I'm having to not re-use targets (for scoring) because I keep blowing lines out. 😂

Going to the office sucks because I'm waiting on an ergo setup but in the mean time I am in a chair that is too short and does not support my legs so my back is not pleased.

Oh yes it is soon time for me to go wild about winter sports.
Kinda wish indoor archery was part of the Winter Olympics but there are plenty of other sports I'm into.
Freestyle Skiing, Curling and Speed Skating are highlights for me (particularly short track speed skating).

Tonight was a bit of a just talk with people day at the range.
Which is great, sometimes you just need some genuine human connection instead of chasing results.
Did confirm some things about my shot process though so I feel I'm keeping my levels up.

Archery arms + bear belly. I do want to do want to make some changes to the muscle/fat ratio but hey, how will I compare without evidence?

This week's score is a 233, not the cleanest 233 but I think I'm getting to the root of some recent issues.
I've been shooting low lately when shooting scores only and it seems to be because I rush through my process.
Also my face feels nice and tight today since I did a face mask earlier.

I shot 135 arrows today. Which is a lot for me! I felt like I could have shot more but had to get home.
I was shooting alongside a class and the range owner saw I was shooting fairly accurately and told me to do a smiley face, so I gave it a few tries.
