AI "artists", content scrapers, and other nefarious types that use other people's work and image for their own benefit will be blocked on sight.

I'm fine with reposts and quote posts, but I would prefer that images remain on my account rather than downloading and reposting that way.

When I get hit hard enough I start to laugh too. It's actually a pretty natural reaction to pain (that I've learned from the BDSM community).

Could be company policy, but I doubt it. More likely an ally though, but Portland is still remarkably progressive.

He's an electrical designer though, so I'd wager more an ally.

I could see an architecture firm forcing people to put pronouns in their signatures before an engineering firm.

It was a 9 minute teams call as a favor 😂, and it makes our company look damn good. I'm fine with that.

The amount of times I've written up tutorials for this software and sent them to companies we've worked with too... I made the documents for us but it earns goodwill when we share.

The amount of times I'm pulled into help with projects that aren't assigned to me just because I've been using our CAD software for 15 years now...

And it didn't really become the industry standard until about 5 years ago...

It's ridiculous.

You're probably aiming it wrong. I've done that before.

Look up the proper angle to use it at, and it'll make a huge difference. You shouldn't taste it at all.
