Look at the sky. Appreciate colors and sounds. The world is so fast, but slowing down and appreciating what's around you is much better.
Eat slowly, *taste* your food, see art (don't just look). Be quiet, be still. Memorize what the moment feels like when things are cozy and you're happy.
