A store employee “doesn’t want to bother me” and tries to use google AI to ask “what happens when you clone Deceit?” He eventually just asks and I give him the answer. And later I see the search on the computer screen. AI wasn’t even close.

Have smartphones made movies less interesting? We have been robbed of intense film development scenes! The tension of desperately searching for information in a computer lab! How many communication obstacles can now be resolved by the near telepathy provided by modern texting?

Every time someone "fixes" the N64 controller or makes a "three hands" joke, it becomes clear that they don't actually know how the N64 controller works.
This renewed interest in Nintendo 64 lately has been awesome.....

I started imagining a 3D printer design that would pick up and rotate the object as it printed so you could make things without supports. Totally impractical, but neat if it could work.
...then I realized that someone would absolutely market it as "The First 4D Printer!" and I got angry at nothing.
