Hard to say if it will or not -what I think is brilliant: nobody can now blame the govt if it doesn’t! It makes separatist referendums null and void. It shuts up the separatists, and takes ALL the wind out of the PC sails. It takes away Trump’s power trying to split the country & may not get built
